2. Cancellation of Services

  • Subscription Services: If you have a recurring subscription with MVBCard, you may cancel it at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid term.
  • One-Time Services: For any one-time digital service purchases, cancellation is not possible once the service has been rendered or accessed.

3. Refunds

  • Physical Products (MVBCard): If you purchased a physical MVBCard, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
  • The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The card is returned to us in its original, unused condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
  • Digital Services/Subscriptions: Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees or one-time digital purchases once the service has been accessed or used. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if there are exceptional circumstances, such as a service malfunction that prevents you from using it as intended.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
  • Any customized or personalized products.
  • Fees for services that have already been fully rendered.
